WANT SOME WAVY CURLS? Straighteners and curlers are fine, but a heated curl set is much better! At least for my hair it does. Back in the days when my mom had a younger age, having a perm was super hot. She bought a Carmen curl set years ago and now it’s time for me to take over it. How it works? Easy peasy, take a look…

This curling set has a real old skool look. You find 20 curlers in 3 shapes with clips. If you want to use it, you just simple plug it in the socket. I honestly don’t use the manual, it’s also gone, but you can wait just around few minutes for the curlers to heat up. Once they’re warm, take the size as you wish for your curls.

I took a little piece of hair, put the curl on it and curled my hair it in. Simple take the matching clip and swipe it in. Tutorial-catch-your-wave-with-iron-curl-set-05

Et voila, there I have some wavy curls now. I think if I heated the curls longer and let it in for a bit more, it would be more wavy. Tutorial-catch-your-wave-with-iron-curl-set-07

Here are two hairstyles that you can do with curls: wear a cap/hat or beanie for a cool look or tie it in a pony tail for a fun look. Tutorial-catch-your-wave-with-iron-curl-set-08What do you use to curl your hair? Here you can find a modern version of the Carmen curl set: 1 / 2 / 3
